Note that the iTunes and iPhoto plugins are fully redistributable under the GPL - it was simply an oversight that they had their old license included with the beta release of Atlantis. See http://xbmc.org/d4rk for more info. Plex is welcome to distribute them and improve on them. Also, the plan is to do far more frequent development releases once we're out of stable. We're only restricting it at the moment to make sure that there's a reasonably homogeneous set of versions out there to take bug reports on. For the same reason we're doing simulataneous releases on all platforms which is a bit trickier to organise logistically :) Once Atlantis is out the door we should be popping out updates much more regularly for those that prefer the latest and greatest as soon as possible (and don't mind the odd regression sneaking in!)

migueld: Yeah, "Atlantis" is going to be tricky to surpass for the next stable codename!

As for which app is better - the key, I think, is to realize that there's a LOT of work that goes in to Plex and XBMC from both teams. Many of the features and fixes in each Plex release come from the XBMC developers. Similarly, some of the features and fixes in XBMC come from the Plex devs. Both projects benefit from having more people contribute to them, whether it's in terms of coding skill, skinning, documentation, translation work, bug reporting, and feature suggestions.

Hi Nighthog, and welcome to the forums!

The very first video in the "Get Help" -> "Getting Started" section is called "Adding Movies". The very first thing he says is "Go to watch your videos" and choose "Add Source".
Is it possible you do not have English as language in Plex? That would explain this problem as some language translations for Plex is extremely bad still.

as you can imagine i compiled and uploaded the same thing 100000 times and i am uploading the main.hex file and i compile it before and there are no errors .. i was wondering if there is any change in mb64e_leds.ini (i only changed the number of connected pins) i have to do .. i am just lost and i am sure i am lost in a glass of water (free translation from Italian) :-)

I quite like the song, especially after giving it a few spins and getting into it. Though I don't understand Finnish and only read a translation provided by Niko & Co, I appreciated the song. Johanna has a very gentle and delicate voice and is definitely able to tell a story with it. I'll say once again, maybe I don't understand the lyrics and the whole story behind it, but the way Johanna sings it makes me smile and literally soar in the air. Ans the musical entourage is fine and good too, imo. The acoustic guitar, clock ticking, some wind effects and whispers\sounds etc and ofc Troy...they certainly created the great and heartfelt atmosphere.

Liczba ukośników jest poprawna, jeżeli chce się filtrować poszczególne znaki pojedynczo - zgrabnie zrobione to to nie jest.

By the way - o ile MOGĘ się mylić co do tego filtra, jeżeli chodzi o długość słów (na pewno nie co do tego, że praktycznie nie da się im wysłać wiadomości bez wychwycenia jej przez filtr), to z RegExp korzystam akurat sporo przy obróbce tekstu, szczególnie gdy pracuję z CAT-ami (Computer Aided Translation), więc moja wiedza na ten temat bynajmniej nie jest "marniutka".

I have started playing online, but playing with Borgo I have noticed a big difference compared to my copy of rules for the boardgame (French copy):
In my (french) rules, it states that the grenade can NOT be used next to my HQ. Here on the net, it ONLY lets me use the grenade on a unit next to my HQ. Completely different! Translation problem, or version problem? Should I used the online rules for my boardgame version? Where can I get an upto date errata in that case?

Żeby przetłumaczyć tekst, gdy nie znamy słówek, potrzebny jest zwykły słownik plus znajomość czasów użytych w tekście. Albo osoba, która nam to przetłumaczy. Podam przykład, może trochę głupi, ale niestety ludzie takie rzeczy tłumaczą z translatorem. Tłumacząc w translaticy "kółko teatralne" otrzymamy tłumaczenie theatre circle co jest oczywiście bzdurą, bo nie o takie koło chodzi (poprawnie jest theater group). Także tłumaczenie zazwyczaj tylko jednego słówka nam coś pomoże, jednak wiadomo, ze nie raz chodzi o inne znaczenie niż nam poda translator.

Tak czy inaczej w książkach do liceum w wszelkich tekstach używane są już inne czasy i różne niuanse także bardzo dziwne, że nauczycielka chce sprawdzić poziom wiedzy w podstawówce dając zadanie z podręcznika do liceum.
